Bombshell Boutique mainly provides women’s fashion tops, including short sleeve tops, long sleeve tops, casual blouses, and daily fashion apparel. We strive to ensure all product images, size charts, fabric descriptions, style introductions, and product details are accurate and objective. Minor color differences caused by screen display differences do not constitute product quality issues.

We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order under reasonable circumstances, including suspected fraudulent behavior, abnormal order data, pricing errors, out-of-stock inventory, failed payment verification, and violation of store regulations.

4. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in US Dollars. Prices may be updated and adjusted without prior notice according to market cost, seasonal updates, and promotional activities. The final valid price is subject to the checkout amount. All customers must complete payment through our authorized payment methods. We reserve the right to correct system pricing errors and cancel abnormal orders caused by incorrect prices.

5. Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping exclusively to domestic US addresses. We do not support international shipping, PO Box delivery, or Military APO/FPO delivery at this time. Once our package leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the carrier, standard domestic shipping takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Free standard shipping is included on all valid orders within our shipping coverage. All of our order processing standards, processing times, delivery lead times, free shipping rules, carrier arrangements and order cancellation terms are governed by our separate official shipping policy, which is fully incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

6. Refund & Return Policy

All after-sales rules including return conditions, exchange standards, refund procedures, return time limits, and shipping cost allocation are governed by our official Refunds & Returns Policy, which serves as an integral part of this agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including text copy, product photos, graphic designs, brand logos, page layout, and artistic design belongs exclusively to Bombshell Boutique. No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our intellectual property without official written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bombshell Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or non-economic losses arising from website use, product wearing experience, or logistics delays. Our maximum total compensation liability for any customer dispute shall not exceed the actual order amount paid by the customer. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by California law.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as all business transactions, purchase agreements, website services, customer disputes and legal relationships between Bombshell Boutique and its customers, shall be exclusively governed, construed and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

All disputes, claims, controversies or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, any product purchases, return services, payment transactions, shipping arrangements, or breach of these Terms shall be resolved under the laws of the State of California. Any legal action, litigation, or formal dispute resolution shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of Santa Clara County, California.
